All foregoing
charges shall include labour and materials excepting that material
required for the installation of sanitary sewer shall be supplied by
the property owner.
The property owner
shall be responsible for all charges at cost in the case of rock
excavation, tunneling or conditions considered by the Director of
Development and Works, as extraordinary. Service installations not
covered by the foregoing shall be charged according to an estimate by
the Director of Development and Works.
All fees and
estimated charges shall be paid to the Town in advance. All work to
be carried out in accordance with By-law No. 24-2002.
