Algonquin
Provincial Park is the oldest and most famous provincial
park in Ontario and one of the largest in Canada.
Enjoy breathtaking scenery and the abundant wildlife while
hiking or biking the various trails, canoeing, swimming or
cross country skiing in winter. See the Visitors
Centre, Logging Museum and Algonquin Gallery. There
are various avenues available for campers, from rough
camping to campsites, lodges and "yuts" (tent
like structures with basic furniture and electric heat).

park also provides links to several snowmobile
trails. There are 530 campsites from rough camping
to sites with the convenience of comfort stations, laundry
facilities and water taps nearby.

more than 100 campsites and a comfort station with

Fitzroy
Provincial Park |
Hike,
camp, boat and explore in this rocky landscape carved by
glaciers. Park your trailer or pitch a tent by the
river. There are 235 campsites, 74 of which have
electrical hookup. Comfort stations equipped with showers
and laundry facilities are available. Please note
that Fitzroy Provincial Park is operated on a
pre-registration system. Visitors are assigned a
campsite and registered at the office before entering the
campground.
